NOTES :-
General:
- Filling of Undertaking Form by Applicant/ Dependent/ Nomineee is MANDATORY before mounting the horse(s).
- For ID Cards of Member’s Spouse and up to 2 (Two) dependents, kindly provide with their respective detailsin the Form along with 2 Stamp size photos. They can also use the facilities under the same Membership. (Dependents up to age of 18yrs only).
- In case of Corporate Nominees 2 Stamp size photos of each Nominee should be provided along with the form.

Riding Charges
To ENCOURAGE riding and to ENSURE facility Utilisation, a "Minimum Riding Charges" (MRC) of Rs. 600/- p.m. has been levied for 1st two years of membership (wherever applicable)
MRC is not applicable for Members maintaining their own horse in CPC stables. Either by way of lease from the club or owning on their own.
Pullu & Life Members will be charged on the basis of their actual riding only.
- Each Riding Session ( Half Hour )

- Guests ------ Rs.300/- per ride
- Outstation Guests Rs.500/- per ride (referred by Club Associates )

Payments (Not applicable for Student Membership):
 Payment of bills should reach within 30 days from the date of receipt of your bill.In case of non-payment of bills for more than 3 (three) consecutive months, Membership will be deemed cancelled.

Indian Polo Association :
To play Annual tournaments in Calcutta & India, you will require to get handicapping done from the 'Polo Apex Body' - Indian Polo Association. Recommendation of your Handicap is sent by the Club, Affiliation fee to Indian Polo Association (IPA), @Rs. 1,500/- per year per person (Optional) |
Membership Transfer / Upgradation :
Transfer of Membership to non direct kins will be subject to approval of Selection Committee and upon payment of Rs.10, 000/-
Upgrading your Membership, can be done upon payment of differential amount of Entrance Fee, before the lapse of your Current Membership Account. |
Gymkhana Membership :
On attaining 21 years of age, the Gymkhana membership must be converted into any permanent membership, of choice. |
Corporate Membership :
Corporate Members may nominate upto a maximum of 4 (Four) nominees. Subscription shall be Rs.450/- per month per nominee. If no one is nominated, a basic of Rs.800/- per month shall be charged. |
Student’s Program
:
Learning Basic Riding & Polo - Two Month special and subsidised package for school/college students at Rs.4800/-.It can be taken up at anytime of the year. You can download the Membership Form & fill up the relevant details.This Can be availed only once by any Student individual. |
