NOTES :
 General:
 Undertaking Form for any injury is mandatory & must be filled in before mounting the horses.
Member’s Spouse and two dependents can use the Club facilities as dependent members.
Riding:
To encourage riding and to ensure facility utilisation, Minimum Riding Charges (MRC) of Rs.600/- p.m. has been levied. This amount is adjustable with actual riding charges.
It is not applicable for Members maintaining their own horse(s) in Calcutta for Polo or riding. Relevant papers should be submitted to the Club in support thereof.
Riding Session (Half Hour)
Members –– Rs.150/- per ride
Member’s Guests Rs.200/- per ride
Outstation Guests – Rs.450/- per ride (referred by Club Associates )
Stabling Facilities :
Stabling Charges at CPC stables – Rs.1,500/- per month per horse for members maintaining their own horse.
Members can lease horse(s) for their dedicated use @ Rs.9,000/- p.m. per horse.
Payments:
Payment of bills should reach within a month’s time. In case of non-payment of bills for more than 3 (three) months from date of issue of bill, Membership will be deemed cancelled and may be reinstated subject to necessary approval & payment of penalty.
Guest Entrance fee Rs.50/- per head.
Indian Polo Association :
Affiliation fee for Indian Polo Association (IPA), as applicable by IPA, (Optional).
Membership Transfer/Upgradation :
Transfer of membership to non direct kins will be subject to approval of Selection Committee and upon payment of Rs.10,000/-.
Up gradation of membership can be done upon payment of differential amount of Entrance Fee.
Gymkhana Membership:
On attaining 21 years of age, the Gymkhana membership must be converted into a permanent membership, of choice.
Corporate Membership:
Corporate Members may nominate maximum 3 (three) nominees. Subscription shall be Rs.450/- per month per nominee. If no one is nominated, Rs.800/- per month shall be charged.
Student’s Program
Learning basic riding & polo – A two month special package has been structured for school/college students at subsidized fee of Rs.3000/-.
